Make Sunday dinner at breakfast time! While you are flipping pancakes and cooking up your eggs, it is super easy to throw this together!
- 1 whole chicken, parted, skin removed
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1/2 c red wine
- 2 medium diced onion
- 1 lb mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped scallions
- In crock pot, combine all ingredients except scallion
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours
- Sprinkle with scallions and service over rice
