I opened the fridge and there on the top shelf was a jar of Hawthorne Valley Sauerkraut. Instantly I thought "I love sauerkraut on hot dogs". And the next thought was how perfect that would be for dinner! I grilled up the Wheatley Farm Frankfurters I had in the freezer, and topped them off with my sauerkraut, freshly prepared horseradish and a squeeze of mustard!
