How do I cancel my box subscription?

Log into your account and choose the "cancel my subscription" button and complete the form. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

How do I change my box options?

Log into your account and use the "add items to box" or "edit/remove items from box" buttons

How do I change my payment method?

Log into your account and choose the "update billing info" button.

Can I skip a week?

Yes! Log into your account and choose the "skip this weeks box" button and complete form. Allow 24-48 hours for processing. Please remember that you must complete this request by noon on Monday for the current weeks subscription.

Are the products organic?

Many of the farms we work with are certified organic, or practicing organic. We do work with a few farms who practice Integrated Pest Management farming methods.

How do I know what farms the products come from?

All products are sourced through our sister company farms2tables. Please visit their website to see a map of all of the farms they work with. Additionally, when you receive your box, it will include a list of the produce items and what farms they came from.

When will my box be delivered?

Currently, we deliver on Saturdays each week.

Do I need to be home when the box is delivered?

When our driver delivers, he will leave the box at your door and knock on the door or ring your door bell and leave. The boxes are transported in refrigerated trucks, however they are not packed with ice or insulation, so we suggest bringing your box inside as soon as possible. If you will not be home, please leave a cooler with ice packs at your door and our driver can put the box in the cooler. The cooler must be able to accomodate a 12x12x12 inch box.

How much does it cost?

Boxes are completely customizable. You are charged for the items that you subscribe to along with a $5 delivery fee.
