Apple-Parsnip Mash

  • apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • parsnips, peel and diced
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  1. Combine parsnips and apples in sauce pan
  2. Cover with cream and cook gently until tender
  3. Mash with a potato masher
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Cover and keep warm.
